Striker Kermit Erasmus is well known for his goalscoring abilities, and also for his outspoken nature, and now the Port Elizabeth-born striker has revealed to the nation his impressive linguistic abilities.
The Buccaneer featured on Sports@10 on SABC 1 On Wednesday evening, and he left all flabbergasted when he spoke isiZulu.
Having grown up at the SuperSport Academy, where isiZulu was the main medium of communication, the Orlando Pirates striker had to adapt in order to overcome the language barrier – he had no choice but to learn "Umageba".
"KE95" also took the time to tweet after the show, claiming that everyone now knows his "secret".
Thanx @thomasmlambo for a great interview on @SPORTAT10TV #EnjoyedIt #NowEvery1KnowsMySecret #HopeMyFollowersEnjoyedIt #KE95 #GoodNight

This is highly impressive by the forward, who has many talents. Kudos to Erasmus – he really embodies the new South Africa. Other players should follow suit and learn more languages…
One player who can speak most of Mzansi's languages is Royal Eagles defender Dominic Isaacs. Do you know of any other multilingual players?
