For us as fans, we want our league to reflect a sense of undeniable professionalism and unity. Do you think it fits if Highlands Park play Baroka FC, and they play with a UEFA Champions League ball on a Saturday afternoon, for example?
Don't you think it slightly annoying when a team still plays with last year's Telstar FIFA World Cup official match ball?
We cannot deny that the PSL has improved greatly since its renaming in 2001, but the ball debacle seems to cast a cloud over our football.
