You may be surprised to see that Lionel Messi hasn't made the list, but that's only because he does not have an official twitter account. On the same note, it may surprise you to see Kaka so high on the list, despite the fact that he no longer plays in Europe. However, the Orlando City and Sao Paulo player clearly still has big commercial value, despite his decline from the European stage and he clearly warrants the vast wages that the newly formed MLS club are willing to pay him for his services.
It is, obviously, no surprise to see Cristiano Ronaldo topping the list, considering that he was crown as the best play in the world in January and won the UEFA Champions League with Real Madrid in May.
