Ronaldo Posts Epic Photo Of His Trophies

Cristiano Ronaldo was voted the world's best footballer for a fifth time last year, and he has since taken to Instagram to post an epic picture of himself alongside all his personal trophies, including his five Ballons d'Or. Did you see the message that accompanied it?

The Portugal and Real Madrid star enjoyed yet another incredible year in 2017, during which he played an instrumental role in leading Los Blancos to the UEFA Champions League and La Liga titles, all while going on to break numerous records across all competitions.

In September, Ronaldo was crowned FIFA's Best Men's Footballer, while in December, he equalled Lionel Messi's tally of five Ballon d'Or trophies.

While seemingly reflecting on the success that 2017 brought him, Ronaldo posed alongside all his personal accolades on a balcony that overlooks his place of birth, Madeira. He also accompanied the picture with an emotional message of gratitude for all the people who have played a role in his life.

Check it out!

Translated from Portuguese, the caption reads: "When I played in the streets of Madeira and dreamed of reaching the highest level of football, I could not imagine that one day I would take a picture like this. I dedicate this moment, above all, to my family, my friends, my teammates, the coaches with whom I have always learned from, and so many others who work in the clubs and selection structures. Finally, a special thanks to my fans. These trophies are yours too!"

How many more trophies do you think Ronaldo will win by the end of 2018?
