What's the story?
As mentioned, the current Liverpool shirt has been one of the most spoken about kits in recent times with the club changing sponsors from New Balance to Nike.
Liverpool joined the Nike family for the first time in their history, having been associated with sportswear brands such as adidas, Reebok and more recently, New Balance.
The current jersey is based on Nike's latest template that sports a recognizable overlapping V-neck collar with the club's red complimented by white and teal accents.

That being said, images of what could well be Liverpool's home shirt for next season has been surfacing online in the last couple of days, with a number of UK media publications reporting on the same photos.
The jersey sports feint diagonal stripes, with the Nike logo, club crest and Standard Chartered shirt sponsor printed in a plain white design.
However, it remains unconfirmed by both Nike and Liverpool at this point.
