Most players spent time on the field of play in the case of Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns, who were all in action on Sunday – but that did not stop these ballers from showing adoration to their doting mothers.
Momma's Boys
Despite being involved in a pulsating draw with champions Sundowns, where he was an unused sub, Chiefs veteran Bernard Parker took time out to pay tribute to his mom in a heart-wrenching snap of the two. He was followed by the likes of Keagan Buchanan of AmaZulu and Ghampani Lungu of SuperSport United.
Figo Love
Perhaps the cutest of the lot goes to Pirates star midfielder Linda Mntambo whose sparkly personality shines through in his social media posts. 'Figo' as he is affectionately known shared a snap of himself smiling merrily alongside his mom, clearly showing that 'he got it from his momma'
