Four-time FIA Formula One™ World Champion Lewis Hamilton shared his training secrets with Arsenal full-back and fellow PUMA ambassador Héctor Bellerín. Did you see what they had to say?
During an event for the 2018 spring-summer 24/7 collection and IGNITE FLASH evoKNIT shoe, Hamilton and Bellerín challenged each other to a low-intensity circuit incorporating box jumps, battle ropes and Muay Thai boxing before taking to the rooftop of the Old Truman Brewery to talk about the meaning of their tattoo's.

Hector Bellerín said: "It was cool to hang with Lewis today and hear how he trains, he's in great shape and I'm amazed at how extensive his training is. Given the length of a 50-60 lap race, he was telling me how his V02 max (maximal aerobic capacity) is similar to a Premier League footballer"
"Training is one of the most important aspects of my life. Being amongst the world's fastest like Héctor means I'm hustling 24/7, it's great to meet guys from the PUMA family to see if there's anything that we can learn from each other and exchange tips to become even better athletes," declared Hamilton.
The IGNITE FLASH evoKNIT shoeis available in Red Dahlia High Risk Red and PUMA Black Asphalt (as seen below), Totalsports, Take-a-lot and select retailers nationwide for R1 499.
If you could pair off any two sports athletes against each other, who would it be?
