Keeping his chiselled physique in shape requires countless hours in the gym and more importantly, good nutrition. Ronaldo's zest for living a healthy lifestyle has been widely documented on and in a recent press conference, he showcased his dislike of fizzy drinks.
Replacing two bottles of Coca-Cola with water ahead of Portugal's recent Euro 2020 tie against Hungary, the former Real Madrid star caused an outrage on social media.

That said, while CR7 fuels his body with healthy, low calorie foods, it was revealed earlier this year that the ex-Manchester United fan favourite breaks away from his routine frequently.
CR7's mom, Dolores Aveiro, invited TV presenter Pedro Fernandes into her home where she revealed that he would eat pizza once a week with his son.
She also mentioned that after indulging in pizza, he would immediately do sit-ups!
Diet Plan
That said, UK-Based publication The Sun gave insights into Ronaldo's diet that includes up to 6 meals a day. It's said that CR7 prefers proteins such as lean chicken, tuna, swordfish and steak, while snacking on fruits and avocados.
