Borussia Dortmund player Marc Bartra was injured in an explosion near his team's bus on Tuesday. The former FC Barcelona star has now provided an update!
The Spaniard was believed to be the only one hurt when an explosion went off near Dortmund's team bus on Tuesday, not long before the German side were supposed to host Monaco in the UEFA Champions League.
Bartra was taken to hospital where he was treated for his wounds, and was perhaps lucky to escape without any serious injuries.
The former Catalan club star posted a picture of himself before his team took on their French opposition in the rescheduled match, saying: "Hello everybody! As you can see I am doing much better. Thank you everybody for all your support and your messages! All my strength to my team mates, supporters and fans and to BVB for tonight's match!"
Dortmund lost their clash 3-2 at home on Wednesday evening.
Do you think the game should have been postponed to more than just a day later?
