The story

Shortly after South Africa's opponents for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations were confirmed, the hotel the players and staff will be staying at was also unveiled.

Bafana Bafana were placed in Group B alongside neighbours Zimbabwe, seven-time winners Egypt and fellow COSAFA nation, Angola in what will be a tough round-robin stage at the continental showpiece.

Hugo Broos' men will kick off their campaign against Palancas Negras in Marrakech on 22 December and then a clash with the Pharoahs in Agadir on 26 December, before finishing off the group stages against the Warriors back in Marrakech on 29 December.

With two of Bafana's games taking place in Marrakech, the fourth largest city in Morocco, the men's senior national team will be hosted at the Four Seasons Resort.

Spread across 16 hectares of lane, the Four Seasons Resort is described as a "bliss retreat" where "traditional values and contemporary comforts unite."

A single night's stay can set you back over R30 000 at one of their guest rooms during the December period, with Bafana likely to enjoy a blissful stay at one of Africa's premium resorts.
