In their continued pursuit of a deadly striker, Kaizer Chiefs have turned their attention to a Kenyan legend in a bid to solve their problems, the Siya crew has been informed.
Siya sources have indicated that Amakhosi are struggling to secure their other targets, Fiston Mayele and Tumisang Orebonye.

Sources close to Chiefs have added that the club is looking at Qatar-based 30-year-old striker Michael Olunga as a suitable candidate.
The Glamour Boys have recently appeared to be linked with a number of forwards.
"Olunga has been recommended to the team by scouts. He is a very strong striker and if they don't get what they have been looking for then they may settle for him. They have monitored his games and they have been impressed but you know it's not a one-man show. There are other people or parties involved to bring him in. But yes, Chiefs have shown interest in him and things are looking promising," the insider stated.
However, a second insider stated that the only issue could be the financial aspects, as he has been playing in Qatar for Al-Duhail SC, and although his contract is coming to an end, his signing-on fee could be high.

"The only thing that could stumble the move could be the financial prospects of the whole deal. You know, coming from Qatar could not be cheap but if he comes as a free agent then that would be a different story which Chiefs would be able to manipulate the situation," said the second Siya source.
"But as much as inquiry and being interested is concerned, they are interested in him and they are looking at the possibility of bringing him in, in the event that Fiston Mayele or Botswana international Tumisang Orebonye deals don't come through," the source added.
Olunga has been a prolific scorer for the Kenya national team and during his club career abroad, particularly in various Asian leagues.
Soccer Laduma contacted Chiefs for comment, but there was no response at the time of preparing this story.
