Manchester United have reportedly made a final decision on manager Erik ten Hag after a disappointing season.

The Red Devils may have ended the season with the FA Cup trophy, but the performances in the Premier League and UEFA Champions League were nothing short of disappointing.

However, the Athletic have reported that Ten Hag will stay on as the manager next season.

There were reports of United meeting with other coaches, including former Bayern Munich tactician Thomas Tuchel about taking over from Ten Hag.

However, the report also adds that there are talks taking place about extending the Dutchman's contract after the meeting on Tuesday.

The Dutchman is the first United manager since Sir Alex Ferguson to win trophies in back-to-back seasons.
