The 22-year-old forward is spending the 2023/24 season on loan at Getafe in LALIGA following his return to football last year.
Greenwood missed a season and a half of the sport between January 2022 and the start of this campaign after his arrest on suspicion of attempted sexual assault.
While the charges he faced were eventually dropped, United decided it was best for the one-time England international to continue his career elsewhere.

Multiple clubs in Europe have reportedly paid close attention to his situation amid his impressive form in Spain, with the Red Devils expected to sell him permanently later this year.
According to German outlet Fussball News, the 20-time English champions have set his asking price at £34 million (R812 million).
The publication, however, also says the club could be forced to sell him for a lower amount due to the risk of him leaving for free when his deal in Manchester expires in 2025.
