Chiefs' investment in the lanky defender from his development days could yield handsome results.
Following Ngezana's growing impact in Romania, talks of a possible move to France's Ligue 1 are growing louder by the day.
If a move does materialise for the defender, FCSB owner Gigi Becali has revealed that he wants no less than €7 million ( ±R142 million) for the player's services.
By virtue of having a 10% sell-on, on Ngezana's future transfers, Chiefs stand to pocket a further R14.2 million from the player's potential sale.
This would mean that Chiefs could pocket a staggering R26 million in total with Ngezana's transfer.
Ngezana has made 13 appearances for FCSB in all competitions, scoring one goal and laying on one assist in the process.
