Reports in France suggests the 35-year-old has been punished by the club after he took a trip to the Middle Eastern country on Monday without permission.

Messi is an ambassador for Saudi Arabia, who are hoping to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
The club's punishment is still to be communicated to the public, but the decision will likely mean he will unavailable for his team's upcoming league fixtures against Troyes and AC Ajaccio.
It was claimed previously that PSG's players would have been given two days off if they had won at the weekend, but their defeat meant only one rest day was granted to the squad.
