Former Maritzburg United coach John Maduka will be assessing his options in the coming weeks for a potential return to the dugout, possibly before the end of the season.
Maduka became a free agent after his contract at the Team of Choice was terminated three weeks ago due to disappointing results by the team.

With the former Royal AM coach having since been replaced by ex-Orlando Pirates co-coach Fadlu Davids at the Pietermaritzburg outfit, sources have confirmed to the Siya crew that the Malawian had been seriously considered for the role at Sekhukhune United.
However, Babina Noko have since decided on former AmaZulu coach Brandon Truter to replace Kaitano Tembo in their technical bench.
"John Maduka was a strong candidate for the role at Sekhukhune United, but the club had to decide from the various options they had," said the source.

"John is a good coach who has done well previously, and it was so unfortunate that Maritzburg United couldn't do well with him in charge. But the coach could be back in the PSL soon," the source said.
As reported by the Siya crew, Royal AM could be an option for the 52-year-old mentor to continue from where he left off after he led the team to third place on the log last season, with the club believed to be looking for a replacement for Dan Malesela in their technical team.
