Sox who has been training with the Bucs' reserve side, is adamant that his hard work will assist him in getting a call up to VV's starting eleven, though he also admits competition for places in the team is tough.
Speaking to the Orlando Pirates website, the dazzling winger insisted he will continue working hard and will wait for his moment.
"The good thing is that we will not stop working. The team is playing well; we all have to be ready. Unfortunately only 11 players can be on the field on match day, so, if we are not in the team, we have to keep working and be ready for the opportunity that will come," said Sox.
"We have still too many games to come and there are Cup games coming up, the league is still very long, so, I am hard at training.
"I just hope everything goes well for us in the next few matches because we need to bounce from that difficult loss last weekend," added the lightning-fast winger.
Segolela has so far featured for the Buccaneers in the inaugural Carling Black Label Cup tie against Kaizer Chiefs, followed by another appearance against the Nedbank Ke Yona team in the Ke Yona challenge.
