Moloi, known for his keen eye for talent, has previously scouted notable players like Deolin Mekoa, the late Nkanyiso 'Sgora' Mngwengwe, as well as current players like Sbongiseni 'Ox' Mthethwa and Melusi Buthelezi.

"I have been an independent scout for more than 14 years now. That's why I have produced over 60 players from being an amateur then straight to professional ranks. I don't like to blow my own horn. I prefer my work to do the talking. I know my story when it comes to scouting," Moloi added.
Moloi also paid tribute to Jomo Sono, the South African football legend and club owner of Cosmos, for mentoring him in scouting.
"I learnt scouting from Bra J. He sat me down and taught me the things I should look into and look for when scouting a player and since then I have never looked back. I really appreciate and honour Dr Jomo Sono for what he has done in my scouting journey. I am like this because of him," Moloi concluded.
