Tickets for the eagerly-awaited Soweto Derby are already on sale, despite the fact that both Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs still have some matches to play prior to arguably the biggest encounter on the Absa Premiership calendar.
The Buccaneers and Amakhosi will play their second round league match for the 2017/18 season at the FNB Stadium on March 3.

As the hosts of the upcoming Soweto Derby, Pirates have confirmed ticketing information on the club's official website.
"Tickets for the highly anticipated Absa Premiership Soweto Derby clash between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs at the FNB Stadium on March 3 have gone on sale. For the first time in a long time, the Derby will see both sides come into the match on the back of some fine form. The Mighty Buccaneers and Amakhosi sit in third and second place respectively on the log table, separated only by a single point.

"Both clubs are still in with a shout for the 2017/18 league title - Bucs trail current log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns by five points, however, Masandawana have a game in hand over both Soweto sides.
"The last time these two sides met, the match ended in a goalless draw but based on the current form of both teams, it's unlikely that this will repeat itself. Fans wishing to attend this mouth-watering encounter can purchase their tickets at any Computicket and Shoprite Checkers outlets nationwide, with prices starting at R70.00 for Level 5, R150.00 for Level 2 and R100.00 for Level 1," Bucs confirmed.
