He had been club-hunting after Chiefs released him in August from his contract which still had a year left. Harare City secretary, Matthew Marara confirmed Zvasiya's capture. "Lincoln Zvasiya is now a Harare City player on a two-year contract. He is an experienced defender who has played for big teams before. We trust he will help us build a concrete defence for the 2015 season. We welcome him and will always value his contribution to the team," said Marara. City are Zvasiya's third Zimbabwe PSL club after having previously turned out for Monomotapa and FC Platinum before joining Kaizer Chiefs in 2011. His spell at Chiefs was characterised by cameo appearances that saw him being loaned to Greek side, OFI Crete.
