Kaizer Chiefs' president, Kaizer Motaung has congratulated Mamelodi Sundowns following their achievements at the CAF awards last week.
Sundowns dominated the ceremony, which was held in Abuja, Nigeria on January 5, after walking away with four accolades on the night.
Head Coach Pitso Mosimane was crowned the CAF Coach Of The Year, goalkeeper Denis Onyango walked away with the African-based Player Of The Year award, while Onyango, Khama Billiat and Keagan Dolly were named in the CAF African XI - and the Brazilians also picked up the prestigious CAF Club Of The Year accolade.

The Soweto giants' chairman, Motaung has congratulated Masandawana on behalf of the Glamour Boys.
"On behalf of Kaizer Chiefs, I wish to congratulate Mamelodi Sundowns for their achievements at the CAF Awards. Well done to club President Patrice Motsepe for his leadership and for making the country proud," Motaung said on Chiefs' official website.
"I wish to also congratulate coach Mosimane and his players for their individual achievements. I am proud of their achievements as they auger well for the quality and the standard of the PSL.
"Congratulations once more to the reigning African champions, Mamelodi Sundowns," Motaung concluded.
