Joel Masutha has refuted rumours linking him with a return to Black Leopards.
Masutha finished the season with Maccabi FC in the National First Division, having guided the team to a 11th place finish on the log, after joining them in January.
With Leopards expected to bring in a new coach for next season, following the resignation of Dylan Kerr from the club's head coaching position, indications from sources in the know have been that Masutha would be earmarked for a return to the Limpopo outfit.

"Black Leopards consider bringing back Joel Masutha to the club for next season. It's something that has been mentioned in some of the discussions," said a source close to Leopards.
Having started the 2018/19 season coaching Leopards, after helping them to promotion from the NFD the previous season, Masutha parted ways with the Limpopo outfit in November, with the team in 14th place on the log at the time with nine points from 11 matches, and was replaced by Kerr who managed to save the club from relegation on the last day of the season.

"No one has said anything to me. It's not true," said Masutha about the reports linking him with Lidoda Duvha return.
"But, you know, through the situation and the history (Masutha is the longest serving coach in Leopards' history with many different spells dating back from 2008), people will always associate me with Black Leopards, but there's nothing," added the coach.
