As he continues to enjoy his retirement back home in the Free State after a successful career which saw him play for some of the top clubs in Mzansi including Bloemfontein Celtic and Mamelodi Sundowns, former midfielder Charles Motlohi has remembered the good old days by selecting his best PSL XI of all time.

Motlohi's career started at Welkom Eagles at the age of 16. After proving himself as one of the top midfielders of the time, Celtic snapped him up and he continued to excel before the big move of his career happened in the late 1990s when he joined Sundowns.

Having played with a number of big-name players and stars in his career, Motlohi has picked some of the top talents to have ever graced Mzansi's football fields in his PSL XI.

Some of former Kaizer Chiefs stars and Motlohi's former Sundowns teammates have made the team, with Orlando Pirates also being represented by two top midfielders of those times in the star-studded squad.
Interestingly, Motlohi has also selected two players from the current Sundowns side in goalkeeper Denis Onyango, as well as Kermit Erasmus whom he says is his favourite current player.
