Malesela and Moloi were expected to work together as part of the technical team at Chippa this season. Moloi was confirmed as the club's assistant coach in June.
In confirming Moloi's appointment at the time, the Chilli Boys announced that the former Orlando Pirates assistant coach penned a one year deal with them.
However, the working relationship between Malesela and Moloi at Chippa lasted only a month as the latter vacated his assistant coaching position during the team's pre-season.

But the former Pirates midfielder has since been welcomed back to the club as the caretaker coach this time, after a decision to relieve Malesela of his duties.
Speaking to the Siya crew, Malesela confirmed that he and Moloi had their differences on how they wanted the team to play.
"Well, it (relationship) started off well but it was not good in the end because of other issues. He (Moloi) had his own mind of how the club should be coached and I'm (was) the head coach. You can't come to me and tell me how you won the treble. That's not … you didn't win the treble here (at Chippa). Why do you tell me about the treble? That's where we disagreed," said Malesela.
