Black Leopards Striker Fancy His Team's Chances Against Kaizer Chiefs

A Black Leopards striker has discussed his team's chances as they prepare to take on Kaizer Chiefs in a league match later today.

Leopards will be in Johannesburg this evening for their Absa Premiership match against Chiefs at the FNB Stadium.

Leopards striker, Joseph Mhlongo, says his team could have a chance to cause an upset by beating Amakhosi, should things go as planned for coach Joel Masutha's team this evening.

"I cannot say we have done anything different in preparing for the match. We always try to look to improve on our finishing and attacking. We did everything we could do in our preparation and we just hope that luck will be on our side. They (Chiefs) are beatable, that I can say," said Mhlongo.

"The two games that I can say we didn't play well, was the game against SuperSport United (Leopards lost 4-0) and the one against Golden Arrows (Leopards lost 1-0). From the other games that we have played we had some dominance of some sort. They (Chiefs) are beatable and they know that," added Mhlongo.

Under their head coach Giovanni Solinas, Chiefs have collected 14 points from 11 matches they have played so far this season, while Leopards have nine points from nine matches to date.
