Chairperson of the Association of Football Agents (AFA) in the UK, Mel Stein, will address the Forum about what has been done in the UK and Europe to promote a win-win situation for all stakeholders, including agents, clubs and the FA under FIFA's Intermediary Regulations.
Delegates attending the Forum are set to establish the African Football Intermediaries Association (AIFA) and agents from across Africa have been invited to become members and serve on the interim steering committee.
The committee will be tasked with the responsibility of drafting a constitution as well as initiating sub-committees that will ensure the AIFA is fully functional within a year.
Key topics that will also be discussed include FIFA's new Intermediary Regulations, the 3% commission fee, the legality and fairness of FIFA's player Transfer Management System (TMS) as well as player contracts and their image rights.
