A Premier League footballer believes a lot of players are jealous of him because he has had the privilege of working under both Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola.
Before moving from Germany to England, 29-year-old Manchester City star Ilkay Gundogan was managed by Klopp at Borussia Dortmund.
The Germany international played 117 matches under the now-Liverpool boss, but since his switch to the Premier League, he has made 149 appearances under Guardiola.
Gundogan believes a lot of players are potentially jealous of him due to his close relations with both managers, whom he considers to be the best in the game.
"It is a privilege that I trained under both.
"I think there are a lot of footballers who are jealous of me because they didn't have that opportunity.
"Both have a place in my heart. Both have taught me a lot and are part of my success."
