Mamelodi Sundowns players are expected to report for duty at Chloorkop tomorrow (Thursday), as PSL clubs return to work after the Christmas and New Year's break.
Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates are some of the clubs that have returned from the holidays to resume with their training schedule this week, in preparation of the last half for the 2014/15 Absa Premiership season.
“We are back from the holidays and preparing for work this week. We will be back at the club tomorrow (Thursday),” a source in the camp of Sundowns told the Siya crew.
Sundowns finished 2014 on a high note with back-to-back victories against Maritzburg United and Ajax Cape Town respectively, in their last two games of the year.
Pitso Mosimane’s side had been cruising on an impressive run of 13 games without a loss in the league when they went to the break in December.
The defending league champions will be without Themba Zwane and Bongani Zungu when they regroup, as the two players are with Shakes Mashaba and the Bafana Bafana side that will be playing in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea.
