Japhta and Nkosi played under Italian coach at Ea Lla Koto last season and performed well enough to earn big moves to Pirates at the end of the 2015/16 season.
However, both players have struggled for game-time at Bucs this season, and the two players have been linked with a potential move back to Stars on loan in January.
However, Solinas has told Soccer Laduma in his interview that he does not know what will happen regarding the two players.
"I don't know… I don't know. Sello Japhta and Ayanda Nkosi are two very good players and did a very good job for us last season. They deserve to be at a big club. I don't know what will happen in January, but right now we are focusing on working with what we have now. I don't know about January right now. It is not only my job, but also the club's management. I do not know if it is possible or impossible," said Solinas.
