Reader's Voice: Rest In Peace Rollaway

Football fans have paid tribute to Former Kaizer Chiefs defender Chris "Rollaway" Ndlovu who recently passed away.

It was confirmed that Ndlovu passed away at his home in Sebokeng around 8pm on Saturday, April 11, as repercussions of a mild stroke that he had suffered recently.

Rollaway was born in Pimville, Soweto, on August 31- 1945 and he was 74 years of age at the time of his death.

Rollaway turned out for Pimville United Brothers during his playing days and was a legendary Chiefs defender during the 1970's, having played alongside the likes of Teenage Dladla, Ace Ntsoelengoe and Banks Setlhodi.

One SL supporter @benjamin68 has paid tribute to the Amakhosi legend.
