The Brazilians officially clinched an eighth successive Premiership title on Wednesday with a 3-0 win over Chippa United.
Sundowns will officially get their hands on the new Premiership trophy as this is their final league game of the season.
Magesi, meanwhile, still have aspirations finishing in the top eight, but they trail eighth-placed Chippa by two points.
However, Chippa have already finished their campaign and could drop out of the top eight by next week.
Magesi will have great memories of playing Sundowns, having defeateted the Tshwane giants in the Carling Knockout final last year.
