News reaching the Siya crew is that AmaZulu FC have made decisions on key players ahead of the new season.
According to insiders, former captain Siyabonga Mbatha is believed to have left the club and Siya sources have indicated that Mbatha is understood to be linked with a move to Golden Arrows, with the deal as good as done.
Sources have indicated that a three-year deal is on the cards for the goalkeeper, and an announcement by Arrows is imminent.
Bonginkosi Ntuli and Siphesihle Maduna's contracts are coming to an end this month and Siya sources have revealed that both players have extended their stay for a further two seasons.
The duo will be hoping to add more value to the club next season, as AmaZulu prepare for CAF Champions League action.
"Ntuli and Maduna have extended their stay, they are very happy while Mbatha decided to not extend his stay and is already preparing himself for upcoming season," a source tells the Siya crew.
"There's still a 50/50 chance on Sithebe, the coach wants him to stay but like the situation of Sbusiso Mabiliso, anything can still happen as Kaizer Chiefs has been monitoring his situation."
Usuthu are set to begin their pre-season on the 7th of July without Mario Booysen, Tsepo Masilela, Phakamani Mahlambi and Siphelele Magubane, who are likely to leave the club by the end this week.
Some new players are set to be part of the team, in the likes of Keagan Buchanan, Shaquille Abrahams and promoted Diski Challenge youngsters.
