Over the last two seasons Teboho Mokoena has gone from a player with promise to a key member of both Mamelodi Sundowns and Bafana Bafana with European clubs banging on the door for his services. His long-term agent Glyn Binkin has revealed what gives the midfielder the x-factor.

As reported by the Siya crew, Mokoena is the subject of rife interest from Europe following his stellar performances at the 2023 AFCON as well as the CAF Champions League for Sundowns.
He remains contracted to the Brazilians in the long-term but has stated his desire to challenge himself at the highest level.
Speaking to the Siya crew, Binkin has revealed what gives the Bethlehem-born star the edge in a cutthroat industry where he continues to excel despite all the expectations that have been placed upon him since he first burst onto the scene as a teenager at SuperSport United.
"From when I started looking after Tebza about 10 years ago. He's always remained humble and never forgotten where it's come from and his feet are firmly grounded. So you know, he's not one for accolades or names. And for him it's important to do well for the team, not necessarily just for himself," he told the Siya crew.
"So, he's never been phased by 'the next captain' or 'the next big thing'. He continues to do his business on the field and that's what's most important for him," he explained.
Mokoena does have a contract with Sundowns which expires in June next year, although the club do have an option to extend his stay for a further year. Yet it remains to be seen whether he manages to land a move abroad at the end of the 2023/24 season.
