Abbubakar Mobara
SuperSport United are believed to be considering a move for Orlando Pirates man, Abbubakar Mobara. Read: Solinas Explains Amakhosi Subs The 24-year-old doesn't appear to be in Milutin Sredojevic's plans this season having not made it into the matchday squad for the opening game of the season, and the Siya crew have been informed that SuperSport are looking to possibly take advantage of that fact. Despite donning the captain's armband on occasion, Mobara was only given 13 appearances in the Absa Premiership for Pirates under 'Micho', and with only one year left on his contract, he may well be open to the opportunity to play regular football elsewhere. Indications are that SuperSport are keen for Kaitano Tembo to take a closer look at the versatile defender, but the club are keen on him and it does appear that the Buccaneers are open to the idea of letting him leave if the right offer comes in. It remains to be seen whether Matsatsantsa want Mobara on a loan or permanent basis, however, they now have just under three weeks to try and get the move done if they're to get him signed and registered before the Premier Soccer League's transfer window slams shut.
