Percy Tau is on the brink of becoming a league champion once again, this time in Belgium, but how is he coping locked down in Europe – and how's his cooking going?

The 25-year-old attacker has played his role in helping Club Brugge to the top of the Belgian Pro League in his loan spell from Brighton Hove Albion in England, but is currently without football as the country – like most other places – deals with the outbreak of the Coronavirus.

PUMA got in touch with the Bafana Bafana star to find out a bit more about how he's handling the situation that side, with the player revealing the mantra he lives by and how he's keeping up to date with his family back home in South Africa.
PUMA: What words or message do you live by when faced with challenges?
PT: Situations differ but the one positive message I keep at all times is "fall forward" by Denzel Washington.
P: Being abroad how are you managing to stay in touch with family and friends back home?
PT: I connect with my family daily via video call, texts etc. I am all alone here so I need to give them the peace of mind and to let them know I am all good.
P: Types of TV shows you enjoy?
PT: I enjoy watching series and movies. The one I would strongly recommend is "What if".
P: Any books you would recommend to fans?
PT: Unstoppable: The Incredible Power of Faith in Action – Nick Vujicic.
P: Have you been using this time to develop new skills?
PT: I am trying out new cooking recipes. Making a lot of progress! (Laughs)
P: What shoes do you train in?
PT: Been training in PUMA Hybrid Ozone for my weight training as comfort and cushioning are important.

Tau's side are currently waiting to find out what happens with the rest of the Belgian league, with the board of directors recommending that things be brought to a close with Club being crowned champions with one league game to play.
