Percy Tau finally made his first appearance in England last night as he started against Manchester United, but his trip to the Theatre of Dreams was a bit of a nightmare…
Take a look at Tau in action in Manchester in the gallery above!
Tau, who is enjoying his first top-flight season in Europe following a loan spell with Royale Union Saint-Gilloise in 2018/19, was handed a starting berth against the Red Devils at Old Trafford in the second leg of their UEFA Europa League tie, completing 62 minutes before being replaced by Krepin Diatta.

When Simon Deli was shown a red card in the 22nd minute for a blatant handball, it was always going to be an uphill struggle for the Belgian giants, and they were put to the sword by Odion Ighalo and Co. as United went on to progress with a 5-0 victory.
Bafana's Tau had no shots, made no key passes and had the lowest pass completion rate (58.3%) of any player that started the game, and also made no dribbles or tackles in a game that was killed early on with the red card.
Now, with Club's continental involvement at an end, Tau and his teammates will be focused on making sure they go all the way in the Belgian Cup and Pro League as they take aim at a domestic double as reward for their efforts in 2019/20.
