Changes Expected For Pirates, Predicted Line-Up

Orlando Pirates will be heading to their second Premiership match aiming for no less than three points to keep their unbeaten run intact so far this season.

The Buccaneers are on an impressive eight-match unbeaten run with six wins and two draws in all competitions.

Their next match in Orlando this afternoon is against Polokwane City who are on a good run with two victories in two matches so far in the campaign, and are sitting comfortably in second place on the standings above defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns.

So far in their League campaign, Bucs have collected three points from their 2-1 win over Chippa United last Wednesday and are fifth on the log though tied on points with several other teams.

With the team oozing with confidence after making it through to the group stages of the CAF Champions League following their 1-0 win (3-0 on aggregate) over Jwaneng Galaxy on Saturday, a return to the Orlando Stadium should serve as a motivation for Bucs to keep their supporters happy.

After Pirates made a few changes to the line-up against Galaxy as the likes of Relebohile Mofokeng and Thalente Mbatha were rested by starting on the bench, the Siya crew takes a look at how the team could set up for the all-important clash against the high flying Rise and Shine.

Predicted Pirates XI:

Sipho Chaine, Deano van Rooyen, Thabiso Sesane, Olisa Ndah, Deon Hotto, Monnapule Saleng, Makhehleni Makhaula, Patrick Maswanganyi, Thalente Mbatha, Relebohile Mofokeng, Tshegofatso Mabasa.
