Former Orlando Pirates defender Tonic Chabalala has heaped praise on Josef Zinnbauer for his progress made as coach of the side.
Zinnbauer helped Pirates end a six-year trophy drought when he led the side to MTN8 victory earlier this month.

The German mentor also led the Buccaneers into the December break as one of the four unbeaten teams in the DStv Premiership. Log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns, second-placed Swallows and Golden Arrows are also undefeated.

Bucs are currently in fifth place with 13 points from seven matches – three wins and four draws, and Chabalala has lauded the arrival of Zinnbauer at the Soweto giants since he took over from Rulani Mokwena in December 2019.
"I would like to applaud the coach for what he has brought to the team. Since his arrival the mood in the team changed and you could see from day one that the players wanted to play for him. The guys want to play for the team and want to fight for positions," said Chabalala.
