Kaizer Chiefs take on their fierce rivals, Orlando Pirates, on Saturday the 5th March. Fredericks, who played for both Soweto clubs in his career, is hoping for an exciting game, but also feels that more pressure is on Tinkler to perform and hopes the Buccaneers and their fans will stick with their current head coach.
"I do hope, for the sake of football, that the fans and club stick behind Eric Tinkler, " stated Fredericks.
"But at the end of the day, we just want to see goals and we want to see entertainment and a good advertisement for South African football."
