Chiefs bossed proceedings in the 1-1 draw, completing 442 of their 517 passes in comparison to Celtic, who could only manage to string together 227 of the 302 they attempted.
Tsepo Masilela had the highest number of attempted passes in the game with 89 but it was 'Yeye' who caught the eye, dominating the centre of the park and continously kept things ticking over for the Amakhosi attempting 81 passes - an impressive amount for a midfielder.
Yeye's stats are more impressive when one considers that he attempted more than double the amount of passes any of the opposition players were able to master up. Musa Nyatama topped the passing stats for Phunya Sele Sele attempting 36 passes, while only three other players from the Bloemfontein outfit managed to attempt over 30 passes.
