Arrows secure their spot in the final four after coming from behind to defeat Steve Komphela's former side, Bloemfontein Celtic.
Galaxy, meanwhile, are competing in their first-ever Nedbank Cup semi-final after defeating fellow NFD side Cape Umoya United.
Komphela's charges are strangers to facing lower league opposition this campaign, having defeated Tjakastad Junior Shepard and Witbank Spurs in previous rounds.
On the other hand, this will be Galaxy's first test against an Absa Premiership outfit after seeing off Umoya, Jomo Cosmos and Umovti in their run to the final four.
Heading into this afternoon's clash, Arrows are unbeaten in four matches across all competitions while Galaxy have only won of their last five matches in all competitions.
