Second meets third at the Lucas Moripe Stadium as SuperSport United take on the unbeaten Swallows on Saturday afternoon.
SuperSport moved up to second spot last weekend with a 2-0 victory over Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila thanks to goals from Bradley Grobler and Sipho Mbule.
The win over TTM extended SuperSport's unbeaten run to nine matches, with their last defeat coming against Orlando Pirates back in November 2020.
Swallows, meanwhile, needed a late goal from Musa Nyatama to rescue a 1-1 draw at league leaders Mamelodi Sundowns seven days ago.
The Dube Birds, who are yet to taste defeat this season, will take to the field without top scorer Ruzaigh Gamildien who misses out through suspension.
A victory for either side will see them move level on points with Sundowns, who face Chippa United on Sunday.
