CAF Champions League Starting XI: Wydad Casablanca v Mamelodi Sundowns 07 December 2019

Teams: Wydad Casablanca v Mamelodi Sundowns

Date: 07 December 2019

Venue: Stade Mohamed V

Mamelodi Sundowns will come up against a familiar foe this evening as they tackle Wydad Casablanca in their second CAF Champions League group stage clash.

The match is scheduled to get underway at 21h00.

Sundowns began Group C in fine style with a 3-0 triumph over Petro de Luanda last weekend, with Mauricio Affonso, Madisha and Mkhulise getting on the score-sheet.

Wydad, meanwhile, had to settle for a point after playing to a 1-1 draw away to USM Alger seven days ago.

These two sides have gotten to know each other quite well in recent years, having met eight times in the last three seasons.

In the last meeting between the pair, Wydad managed to secure a goalless draw at the Lucas Moripe Stadium which saw them advance to the final as 2-1 aggregate winners.

Sundowns: Onyango, Langerman, Ngcongca, Madisha, Lebusa, Jali, Kekana, Zwane, Morena, Sirino, Meza

Subs: Mweene, Arendse, Mabunda, Lakay, Vilakazi, Maboe, Mkhulise
