Absa Premiership
Teams: Polokwane City v Jomo Cosmos
Date: 30 January 2016
Venue: Peter Mokaba Stadium
Polokwane City will be out to redeem themselves after a humiliating defeat last weekend, when they take on fellow strugglers Jomo Cosmos on Saturday afternoon.
The match is scheduled to get underway at 15h30.
The visitors are fresh from an inspiring victory over Orlando Pirates, after Charlton Mashumba stole maximum points for Ezenkosi in their slender 1-0 victory last weekend.
Polokwane City though, will want to redeem themselves after an embarrassing 5-0 drubbing at Bivest Wits last time out, where new boy James Keene grabbed a hat-trick for The Students.
Rise and Shine are in 13th place on the log, with 15 points from 15 outings, whilst Cosmos are in 14th position, only two points behind their hosts from the same number of matches.
The clash promises a very tense one as both teams wil be trying to avoid defeat by all means, and a victory for Cosmos woud send them above their counterparts on the PSL standings.
Here is how they line up:
Polokwane City: Chigova, Barends, Hlongwane, Nyadombo, Tema, Motumi, Jacobs, Maluleke, Alexander, Mncwango, Kanyenda.
Jomo Cosmos: Naicker, Nsabiyumva, Mngomezulu, Monare, Makobela, Lingwati, Nomandela, Jampies, Mashumba, Aka, Sono.
