Mamelodi Sundowns have confirmed the exit of seven players, but Soccer Laduma has been led to believe that they are not done.
The Tshwane giants are working to finalise their squad for the new campaign after recently returning from the FIFA Club World Cup and there are a few players who look set to leave permanently or on loan.

As previously reported by the Soccer Laduma, Sundowns are not expected to keep players who were out on loan. Already, the club has parted ways with Sifiso Ngobeni, Sipho Mbule, Lebohang Maboe and Thabang Sibanyoni, who were all away on loan last season.
Indications are that Etiosa Ighodaro, Ismail Watenga, Siyanda Msani, Luvuyo Phewa and Thembinkosi Lorch will not be with the club in the coming campaign after being out on loan last term.
From players who were part of the squad last season, Thapelo Maseko, Matias Esquivel, Zuko Mdunyelwa and Ntando Nkosi could be allowed to leave in the coming campaign to get more minutes.

Maseko, Mdunyelwa and Nkosi could go out on loan, while Esquivel looks set for a permanent exit art Chloorkop. Esquivel, the South American attacking player, has not been able to break into the team and Sundowns are looking at opening a foreign spot in the team.
Head coach Miguel Cardoso wants to trim the Sundowns squad, but has to find a balance of ensuring that they have enough depth to compete on all fronts, as they will be chasing the CAF Champions League title while trying to maintain their dominance on the domestic front.
Sundowns are still on a break after their Club World Cup participation. The club, meanwhile, is expected to announce new players this month.
