Earlier today (Thursday), Pitso Mosimane was officially unveiled as the new head coach of Egyptian giants Al Ahly, following his surprise exit from Mamelodi Sundowns.

Jingles, as the former South African senior national team coach is fondly known, has penned a two-year deal with the African Club of the Twentieth Century, and has become the first African coach outside of Egypt to lead the eight-time CAF Champions League winners.

However, it was not an easy departure from Mzansi for the highly respected coach as emotions played out as football supporters gathered at the OR Tambo International Airport to send him off in the true Yellow Nation style.
It was jubilation and tears of joy all around as the coach, along his wife Moira Mosimane, as well as their children posed for pictures with the fans and said their goodbyes.
