"The season is coming to an end soon and it's time for heads to role. Heads must role amongst the players. They players have been given the chance but they have failed to deliver so why must they stay?" Nengomasha told Soccer Laduma.
"Of course you can not let the whole team go but you look at who brings value to the team and who doesn't do enough then you decide at the end of the season as to who stays and who goes but obviously heads must role.
"The club has been patient but I don't think it has worked and now it's time to bring in players who will fit into the system and give all their best for a team of Chiefs' calibre," Nengomasha added.
The former PSL Footballer of the Year advocates for fresh 'blood' to inspire a new generation of Chiefs stars.
"I think the current crop of players have been given the opportunity to prove themselves and help the team but with no results. Now, it's time to give others the opportunity to play for the team and change the results. Chiefs doesn't have to be where they are now. And it's all in the hands of the players now as the club has done all it needs to do and they have gotten nothing in return. It's time for heads to role," Nengomasha stated again.
