Despite the mixed results at Kaizer Chiefs since interim coach Cavin Johnson took over from Molefi Ntseki, the new man temporarily in charge has received the permanent backing of a former striker.
Kenny Niemach spoke exclusively to Soccer Laduma about his faith in Johnson, that he's the right choice and that this time the club needs to be patient with their man on the bench.

The well-known former Chiefs player is not happy with the way the club had changed coaches so often in recent years and he believes this is affecting the players.
"They should start being patient. Give him support. The coach should have the approval of the team and they should stop chopping and changing. They should allow him to find the kind of players he needs because he is a good coach," Niemach told Soccer Laduma.
"He can be able to bring the identity of the team with players like Ace Khuse, Doctor Khumalo and Pule Ntsoelengoe. He can carry that philosophy of the team and start getting positive results.
"The team should have variation. They should have a player who will control the pace of the game. They should play like they used to play 10 years back.
"And I know if they can be patient and keep coach Johnson with his experience then he can change things around. They should not rush to replace him at this point," Niemach observed.
