The Amakhosi had been due to head out to Rustenburg as Ernst Middendorp prepares them for the upcoming 2019/20 season, however a late change has now seen them go into camp in Hammanskraal.
Chiefs, who are still missing a handful of players who were at the Africa Cup of Nations, are currently camping at Camp Discovery about 100km from Johannesburg, and will remain there until July 19th.
Following their time north of Pretoria, the Amakhosi will travel to Botswana where they will face Township Rollers in Gaborone on July 20, a week before the big pre-season friendly with Orlando Pirates in the Carling Black Label Cup.
Camp Discovery confirmed Chiefs' presence at their facility on Facebook, revealing that they arrived last week as they prepare for the campaign ahead.
