The story

Nigerian prophet and leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has advised Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen to avoid a move to Chelsea in this transfer window.

The Blues are heavily linked with Osimhen, with a swap deal involving out-of-favour striker, Romeulu Lukaku, potentially on the cards according to overseas reports.

However, the famous prophet Ayodele has issued a warning to Osimhen, mentioning that a move to the five-time Premier League champions could be a career killer.

In a video clip that's gone viral, Ayodele went as far as saying that if the 25-year-old makes the switch to the West London club, the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) should avoid selecting him for the Super Eagles:

"I want to quickly advise as directed that Osimhen should not go to Chelsea because if he goes there, he will not shine and it will kill his career.

"NFF, if Osimhen should go to Chelsea, don't call him again, and also calling him to the Super Eagles still needs to be reviewed properly because we have what it takes to the World Cup and Nations Cup," said the religious leader about the R2.3 billion-valued striker.
